Bespoke framing covers a wide vanity of projects.  The best way of looking at it is to say that it describes any piece of framing, where time and care are priorities in preparing, planning and completing the piece or where there is a need for an individual finish / style to be created. We will take care at the consultation stage to ensure that everything is tailored to suit the work and your vision.

A range of framing projects falls naturally into this category. They include:

• Framing any fabric based art
• Memorabilia
• 3D items
• Multiple images to be framed as one piece
• Deep bevels around the viewing aperture
• Slips and filets
• Adding colour and/or  special finishes to natural timber mouldings (often hardwoods, such as oak ash etc)

Because there are so many variables in this type of work it is not possible to offer a guide price as an illustration.  However we will give a full quote for any work following a consultation.

If you need to have a number of pieces framed in a particular style, we can arrange to design and build a prototype for you to trial in the room or area where the pieces will eventually hang.   Similarly, if you want something framed in an unconventional way or to meet a particular place for hanging, we will always try to find a solution.
